We’re here to help
The web has opened the playing field for small vendors to compete directly with large business – But it’s a double edged sword. You need to find some way to get your name out there, and then make people understand your advantages over larger companies. We can help you spread the word.
We’ve worked with a wide range of small businesses from retail, restaurants, entertainment, and professional services. In today’s market, you cannot afford to ignore the web. We can take you though all the options, let you know what it’ll cost, and then get it done.
Are you just getting started?
Small business needs to be noticed to get customers. You customers need to feel confident in both what they’re buying and the company behind it – If you’re using a hotmail email address - it doesn’t really give the impression you’re in it for the long run.
Here’s some suggestions if you’re starting from scratch.
- Get yourself a “business card” mini site right away – Anything is better then nothing.
- Collect email addresses of all your customers. (Ask for cards at the trade shows, leave a raffle form at the register, just ask!)
- Send email newsletter every month or two to keep your customers aware of your business.
Website a little dated?
I really was cool a few years ago but sadly it’s time for the rotating logo to go. If you built a “business card” site a few years ago (or just put one up as fast like we suggest) you might consider getting a little more out of your next site update.
Here’s a few add-ons that can build real value from your site.
- Hear what your customers have to say with a feedback form.
- Post news updates or promotions to a business blog.
- Let your “hero” customers promote your business to their friends though facebook and other social media.
Ready to take it up a notch?
For some business the web is the primary sales and marketing channel. If this is the case for you may want get a more sophisticated website to sell your products or services directly on the web.
