The Client:

CODE is a nonprofit organization with the mandate of is to encourage and support the development of drama and dance in education in Ontario. It has an active network of Drama and Dance colleagues, mentors, artists, arts advocates and student teachers.

The Team:

The project was created in partnership with Free Form Solutions a non-profit web development company focus and helping other non-profits implement websites.

What they Needed:

CODE needed a CMS system that would allow them to manage their organizations memberships and to promote their events/workshops. The system would allow them to collect membership dues and allow members to register for events/workshops.  They needed to be able to target contact there members list and to easily update content on the site. The website contains content accessible to the public as well as content available only to paid members.

Project Features:

• Drupal Based CMS website allows the client to change all the content in the site.
• CiviCrm integration allows the client to manage membership dues for different tiers of membership.
• Registration for various events/workshops.
• Easy managment of a large contact list.
• Email Newsletter integration.
• Detailed user reporting with Google Analytics.
