When we both develop and host your website you have the advantage of having a single point of contact for fixing your website. We’ve seen it happen when the hosting company says there’s a problem with a website because of a bug in the software, and then the developers will turn around and point fingers at the hosting company saying there’s an issue with the server. It’s sometime very hard to determine who’s right, but when an application’s hosted on our servers and we built it – It’s our problem to make it right.
